If this is the first time you are using it, refer to the instruction manual and read through the different steps once again. The most frequent errors are:
Step 1: Remember to register your badge on our Internet site.
Step 2: Connect the badge to your PC to fully charge the battery.
Step 3: The badge MUST be placed above the rear-view mirror.
Step 4: Park the vehicle outdoors and press the push button to activate initialisation (keep the button pressed down until you hear 1 beep followed by 2 further beeps; this could take time).
This is not the first time you are using the device
Recharge the badge’s battery by connecting it to the PC with the USB lead, or by plugging it into the vehicle’s cigarette lighter.
Warning: if the battery is not properly charged, you may lose data about journeys.
All the LEDs on my device go out when I connect it to my PC.
Put your battery on charge for around one hour. The battery is completely empty. You will have to recharge it at least briefly before you can use it.
All the LEDs on my device are off when I drive.
This is normal. The red LEDs on the badge only light up to indicate abnormal situations.
My device keeps beeping and the red battery LED is flashing.
The device is programmed to beep at regular intervals if the battery is low. The device beeps when you start your car and while you drive. The device continues to beep until the battery is completely empty.
Solution: recharge the Memorys badge.
My device keeps beeping and the red memory LED is flashing.
The device is programmed to beep when the memory is nearly full.
Solution: transfer your data from the badge to your PC to prevent the memory from becoming saturated.
How do I retrieve the data that is saved on my PC?
The data is automatically saved to the Memorys folder on your desktop.
What is the push button used for?
The Memorys badge is programmed to automatically record each journey as a business journey.
The push button on the right of the badge lets you differentiate between your business and private journeys.
Simply press the button (when you set off, during journeys or at the end) and Memorys will record your journey as a private journey.
Note: you have to press the push button each time you make a private journey.

The “Print” button in the Memorys software does not work.
The device is programmed to automatically print out on the default printer.
Go into:
Control panel
Printer
Select your printer
Click the right-hand button to “Set as default printer”
